Winter Soul-stice Deep House Yoga + Sound Healing

As nature moves through the darkest days of the year, at Winter Soul-stice we'll leave the Holiday stressors behind, and lift you to your highest, most authentic self. We'll breathe deeply, and move intentionally 33 floors up-surrounded by the sparkle of our city.

On Thursday, December 19th we're cranking up the tunes, and the festive vibes as Katy Hanlon guides us through a vinyasa flow, and DJ alissa.jo guides us through soul-soothing mixes. We'll end class with a cosmic sound healing from the talented Lisa Devi. After class sip special holiday beverages with ginger and nutmeg that are sure to warm your heart, body, and soul.
